Located on the world renown Lake Fork here in East Texas we provide accommodations for travelers of all types..... From the individuals and families just needing a moment away, to the bird watcher, the golfer, the avid duck hunter, the bank fishermen, the kayaker, to the elite of pro-angler. The Lake Fork area hosts an array of outdoor tournaments and events each year while being nationally known for the trophy bass fishing. Quail Hollow Motel & RV Park is where lakeside shores meet big bass.

In May of 2020 Quail Hollow Motel & RV Park became under new ownership. Giovanni and Ann Fragulia purchased the property and are proud of their background in military service, police, oil & gas, and EMS. They are proud to have served this Great Nation along with local counties throughout New Mexico and Texas. Giovanni and Ann moved to the West Texas area approximately seven years ago from the South Western Colorado / North Western New Mexico region where they provided their services / knowledge in the oil & gas industry and EMS in the West Texas regions before moving to Yantis, Texas in May of 2020. With a completely new adventure in store, they are extremely excited to provide a service and place to their guests that is completely personal and hands on.
